Creating Calendar Entries

  1. Open or select Google Calendar on your application launcher
  2. If prompted, Sign in using your network username and password.
  3. Click the Create Event link
  4. In the What field, enter a short description
  5. In the When field, choose the start and end dates/times, or select All Day
  6. In the Where field, type the location of the event
  7. In the Calendar field, choose the calendar where this event will appear.  Choose District 34 Calendar for the public D34 Calendar.  Not all users have access to the calendar.  You may request access to the calendar by sending a request to
  8. In the Description field, fill in any other important information about this event.
  9. Click the Save button to submit the event.
  10. Repeat steps 3-9 for multiple events.
